# Shopware Services for AI Features

# Enable AI Features Through Shopware Services

Advanced AI tools appear only after you enable the matching **Shopware Services**. In the [Beginner’s guide](https://hub.shopware.com/learn/unit/user-shopware-store-and-services) you already saw: Services are cloud features operated by Shopware under **Settings → System → Shopware Services**.

This unit shows that screen for Intelligence workflows. Later in this path, **Shopware Nexus** uses the same area again — once learned, reused twice.

## Recap: Services for AI

Image Editor, spatial tools, and Copilot are delivered as Shopware Services. You do not install them from the Store: they appear in the Administration, you opt in, and they update automatically.

## Consent and Requirements

By default a service has **no access to your shop data**. You must **opt in** so it receives the permissions it needs.

Check these when an AI feature seems missing:

- **Consent** — without opt-in, features do not appear.
- **Version** — Services generally need Shopware **6.7.1** or newer. Copilot Data Insights needs **6.7.3**; Copilot Agentic needs **6.7.8.0**.

## Where to Manage Services

Go to **Settings → System → Shopware Services** to:

- Review enabled services and consent
- Check remaining free usage for a service
- See **Shopware Intelligence+** subscription status
- Book Intelligence+ when a free allowance is used up or you need an advanced feature (you can also follow the in-service prompt)

## Final Thoughts

AI features run as Shopware Services. Give consent, meet the version requirement, and use the same screen to read usage and Intelligence+ status when you need more than the free allowance. You will reuse this path for Nexus.
