Thrive on the journey to become a Shopware Solutions Architect, mastering everything from core architecture and development environment setup to performance optimization and security best practices.

This learning path equips you with the essential skills and knowledge to design, implement, and manage robust Shopware solutions. In this learning path, whenever we mention "Shopware", we are referring to Shopware 6.

## Prerequisites

Before diving into this learning path, make sure you have:

- Solid understanding of **ecommerce fundamentals** (catalog, checkout, taxes, shipping, payments).
- Basic familiarity with **Shopware 6 concepts** (sales channels, API basics, extension types).
- Practical experience working with **Shopware Administration** and day-to-day operations. We strongly recommend completing the learning path [User & Administration Essentials](/learn/path/user-essentials) first.
- Working knowledge of **web application architecture** (HTTP, databases, caching, integrations).
- Strong **communication skills** to align stakeholders and document decisions.
