# Runtime Operations & Maintenance

# Runtime Operations & Maintenance

## Course Overview

This course shows how to work with a running Shopware application on Native PaaS after deployment.

It connects three operational perspectives that learners often need to separate clearly: where to look first during debugging, how managed services and scaling actually behave, and which go-live and rollback assumptions remain realistic on the platform.

<LearningObjectives>

- Identify where to look first when a runtime issue appears.
- Choose the right source for investigation across logs, UI checks, and platform tools.
- Explain how MySQL, S3, OpenSearch, and controlled service access work on Native PaaS.
- Set realistic expectations for service isolation, scaling behavior, and operational responsibilities.
- Prepare go-live decisions around custom domains, rollback limits, and current platform constraints.
