# B2B Pricing and Budget Control

This course focuses on two financial questions in B2B commerce: How much a company is allowed to spend, and which negotiated price a customer should receive.

In B2B relationships, prices and spending limits are usually not the same for everyone. A company may give one or more Organisation Units a budget for a defined period, while a key account may receive negotiated prices that other customers do not get. B2B Components let you model both directly in the company account, instead of managing them outside the shop.

You will learn how Budget Management limits spending and can connect over-budget orders to Order Approval. You will also learn how Individual Pricing applies negotiated prices automatically by assigning rules to companies, Organisation Units, or customers with matching tags.

The previous courses prepared the company account structure and ordering workflows. This course adds the financial layer on top: budgets control spending, and Individual Pricing controls the price the buyer sees.
