# B2B Ordering Workflows

This course covers the B2B Components that shape how B2B customers prepare, negotiate, approve, and repeat orders.

B2B buying is rarely a single click. An employee may need approval before an order becomes binding, a customer may request an offer before committing to an order, and procurement teams may reorder the same products again and again. Standard checkout does not cover these needs on its own.

You will learn how Order Approval uses roles and conditions to add sign-off, how Quote Management turns a cart into a structured offer request, and how Quick Order and Shopping Lists speed up known-item ordering. Each module addresses a different friction point in the B2B buying process.

The previous course prepared the company account structure with employees, roles, and Organisation Units. This course shows how that structure affects daily ordering workflows in the storefront and administration.
