The club serves as an exchange platform for general support-related topics. It encourages discussions around best practices, workflows, and experiences in support, as well as insights into how different companies approach support topics. The goal is to learn from each other and to build a shared understanding of common support challenges.

Please note that no concrete error analyses or technical troubleshooting questions should be raised in this club. While we will try to answer questions from our perspective where possible, this club is not intended to replace any official support channels. For specific technical issues, error analysis, or binding support requests, the forum, the Discord server, and the official support channels via tickets submitted through the account should continue to be used.
